Fermentation system mainly consist of fermentations tanks/fermenters, Brite beer tanks, control panel, yeast dosing tank, beer hose, transfer pumps and matched piping, valves and fittings, it can used for different kinds of strains and raw material brewing, wort fermenting and yeast metabolism controlling in the whole process. Based on fermentation period and production request, you can decide the fermenters quantity you prefer.

All the fermenting tanks adopt dimple plate, arch channels and fluting channel etc. to exchange heat. There are many pipe lines between the fermentation tanks, such as washing pipelines, material pipelines, cooling medium circumfluence pipelines and CO2 pipeline.

With the help of PLC auto-control system, the equipment can reach to automatic and semi-automatic control. This guarantees the accuracy of the process parameters and good brew result.

Bright beer tanks deign mostly same with fermenters, beside cone bottom, high request pressure, carbonation stone, or sometimes different shape request like horizontal or stacked design.
