  • Q How does the beer brewing process work?

A There are several steps in the brewing process, which may include malting, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermenting, conditioning, filtering, and packaging. The brewing equipment needed to make beer has grown more sophisticated over time, and now covers most aspects of the brewing process.
  • Q what's the process of the brewhouse?

A The brewhouse is provided in the brewery to produce wort.

The estimated amount of the hot water is collected in the appratus and stirring, the calculated amount of the crushed malt is set. The sacchrified mash is pumped into the lauter tun for filtration to seperate the beer wort from grains.

The filtered wort is served for boilling with hops in the mash-brewing apparatus. After boiling, the wort is pumped into a whirpool to seprated proteins, hops, and partial cooling.

From the lauter to whirlpool, the pump feeds the eort to a two stage heat exchanger to cool before fermentation.

Management of the technological process of brewing is carried out through the control panel.

  • Q How do I carbonate my beer?

    A
There are two main methods of carbonating beer: bottle conditioning and force carbonation.

Bottle conditioning involves adding a small amount of sugar to the beer before bottling, which creates carbonation as the remaining yeast consumes the sugar.

Force carbonation involves using a carbonation system to force CO2 into the beer under pressure.
  • Q What ingredients do I need to make beer?

    A
The four basic ingredients in beer are water, malted barley, hops, and yeast.

Water is used as the base for the beer, while malted barley provides the fermentable sugars.

Hops are added to the boiling wort to provide bitterness and flavor.

Yeast is added to ferment the sugars into alcohol.
