SDPY BREWTECH offers a wide choice of industrial brewery equipment and technology to customers at an optimal cost. Our 3000l per brew breweries comply with the latest and stringent international standards such as ISO Ce PED, SGS etc.
As the heart of the brewery, the brewhouse is the most attractive part, you can choose brewhouse with stainless steel with the cooper cladding for your brewpub/restaurant/hotels, semi or full automation both available. 3000liter Brewhouse we offer 2 vessels expandable to 4 vessels, mainly with steam heating by natural gas.
You can configuration your 3000lts brewhouse with the following options:
Cladding: Copper cladding/ stainless steel brewhouse
Heating: electrical, steam by natural gas, LPG.
Automation: Semi and full automation
Vessel combination: 2 vessels, 3 vessels, 4 vessels, 5 vessels.
Others: Spent grain out manly or automatic.
Auxiliaries: heat exchanger, pumps, platform, control panel, hops back, wort grant, grist hydrator, plow system, piping, valves and fittings.
Capacity to choose: 2HL 3HL 5HL/5BBL 10HL/10BBL 15HL/15BBL 20HL/20BBL 40HL 50HL 100HL or custom made.

3. All tanks all laser cutting and welded, 100% TIG weld and sanitary polishing, ensure asepsis operation.

5. Insulation material keeps the temperature in the tank surface same to the room temperature.
