1000l craft brewery system is very popular, it is our widely ordered size, we export more than 15 years for 1000liter mini brewery setup. It is widely used for 1000l brewpubs, BBQs, Retardants, craft brewery plant etc., it has various heating form to choose, direct fire, steam heating, electric heating, 1000L complete brewery system milling system, brewhouse/mash system, fermenting equipment, cooling system, PLC/PID control, and CIP system.
SDPY brewtech offers 1000l beer brewing system mainly includes:
1000liter brewhouse system
Stainless steel 304 material, if install the 1000l brewing system in pub or restaurant, you can also choose brewhouse with red cooper cladding.
Our brewhouse including 2/3/4 vessels system you can freely combined the following tanks, 1000L mash tun, lauter tun, kettle, whirlpool, 2000L Hot water tank, plate heat exchanger/wort cooler, control system, platform, pumps, piping, valves & fittings.
Our main tank of the brewhouse all equipped with full sight manway and LED sight light, quality milled sieve plate, VFD mixer and agitating system, automatic spent grain move system, 360degree rotary spray ball and sparge ring.
2. Fermentation system & Storage system
Main tanks are 1000l stainless steel cylinder conical fermenters (CCT) and brighter beer tanks (BBTs), if you do double brew each day, you can also use some 2000l fermentation tanks and Brite tanks (bright beer tanks/aging tanks).
Fermentation tanks, manway have 3 type to choose: top manway, side manhole, top side manway.
Our fermenters and BBTs all equipped with high quality sanitary valves and fittings.
3. CIP system (Clean in station): 100l CIP trolley, 2 vessels and 3 vessels system with control panel, pumps, valves.
4.Control system: PLC control panel, PID control, semi or fully automatic control system
5. Other system: filter system, packing system.
