CIP Cleaning system (CIP) plays an important role for breweries, it helps cleaning the tanks insure a clean brew environment, and good sanitary tank surface ensure brew quality pure beers.

The CIP trolley is operated flexible and simple, which can use for various types of breweries for cleaning and disinfection that can disinfect thoroughly and have no dead angle. Large CIP system mainly consist of sterilization tank, caustic tank, acid tank, hot water tank, acid/caustic dosing tank, neutral tank, PH sensor, automatic control system, pipes, pumps, etc. It us installed on site. The washing process is written into the PLC as program, so the whole operation is controlled normally. It normally use for large craft breweries, and food beverage plants.
