SDPY Brewtech
SDPY Brewhouse is designed and fabricated based on the exact brewing process request from client and the local requirement. When we design tanks, we’ll calculated based on the exact wort gravity. We aim to help client set up the whole brewhouse meet for their right recipe, high efficiency, lowering the energy cost, and future expand production requirement etc.
Brewhouse mainly consists of mash tun, lauter tun, kettle, whirlpool, you can choose your preferred combination for the above 4 tanks, besides, the brewhouse system auxiliaries including malt mill, heat exchanger, steam vent etc. All tanks, piping, valves and fitting are made by sanitary grade SUS304, all gaskets are food grade. Interior of tanks and pipes is well polished or acid passivation to ensure sanitation and without any dead corner. Connection way can be tri clamps, G/DIN/NPT screw thread, up to client request, easy for assemble, disassemble and move, production scale is from 3Hl to 100HL hot wort per batch. We can also design based on your request.
You can configuration your brewhouse with the following options:
Cladding: Copper cladding/ stainless steel brewhouse
Heating: electrical, direct fire, steam by natural gas, LPG.
Automation: Semi and full automation
Vessel combination: 2 vessels, 3 vessels, 4 vessels, 5 vessels.
Capacity to choose: 2HL 3HL 5HL/5BBL 10HL/10BBL 15HL/15BBL 20HL/20BBL 30HL/30BBL 40HL 50HL 100HL or custom made.
Others: Spent grain out manly or automatic.
Auxiliaries: heat exchanger, pumps, platform, control panel, hops back, wort grant, grist hydrator, plow system, piping, valves and fittings.
