SDPY Brewtech provide well welded and polished 3000l fermentation tanks for breweries, with top man hole & side manhole, breathing device, cleaning device, level gauge, sample valve, thermometer, muddy port, jacket cooling all included.

3000liters Fermentation Tanks design and features:

● Capacity:3000liter effective volume, total volume 3830liters

● Double layer tanks with insulation, or single tanks as request;

● Shape: normal designed vertical tank, stacked tanks, horizontal tanks (BBT) available;

● Material: ss304, ss316, ss316L

● Head space minimums 25%;

● Interior shell thickness: 3mm;

● exterior shell thickness: 2mm;

● Cooling way: dimple plate cooling jacket on tank body and cone.

● Polish: shell cladding 2B brush finished; Interior shell polish to <=0.6um or pickled and passivated; or mirror plate as request;

● Insulation material: high density polyurethane foam;

● Insulation thickness: 100mm

Shape: vertical tank with dish head and 60-degree conical bottom.

● With CIP arm and 360 °coverage CIP spraying ball;

● Manhole: top or side manway;

● Co2 blow-off arm with butterfly valves;

● Carbonation stone (based on request for fermenters)

● With beer outlet and drain outlet; racking arm beer outlet or bottom beer outlet depends on request.

● Tank feet adjustable

● Package: iron frame or iron box based on transport way

● Control: PLC or PID control

● Temperature measure: thermowell for high accuracy temperature sensor, PT 100 Probe

● Other: with matched valves like breather valve, sample valve, pressure regulator, pressure and anti-vacuum valve etc.;
